Emma does the baby rock to music (or when she's happy) just like Hannah did. Emma was home sick this past week and quite cranky (she was also teething, which didn't help). So I thought I would try some music to make her happy. It worked! Emma was starting to freak out, and then she heard the music and got quiet, looked in the direction of the sound, and started rocking. Then she proceeded to play happily.
Emma also shows excitement when she sees Mommy and Daddy. She'll start flapping her arms (or legs, if she's lying down) with delight when one of us comes toward her. She also likes hanging with her buddy Lindsey:
