Early Fourth of July

The girls' school is so great about holding events for special occasions - muffins for moms before mother's day, donuts for dads before father's day, a bike parade on bike-to-work day, and today, a fourth of July parade (on the third - school is closed tomorrow). We were not surprised that Hannah is in front of the line here. And Emma looks thrilled, perhaps a little devious, to be eating a cookie.
